Incrementality Testing
Mid-Test Check-Ins
Don't Wait Until the End
A test doesn't go dark between launch and conclusion. From the moment it starts, Maxma tracks the incremental conversions collected so far — the same cumulative lift view the final results use, updating as the test runs. Check it in the platform whenever you want, as often as you want.

What you're watching is the trajectory of cumulative lift: are incremental conversions showing up and continuing to trend upward as the test runs — or staying flat around zero?
Conclude Early When the Answer Is Already Clear
You're not locked into the original test length. If the mid-test read shows lift tracking clearly below what would make the channel worth its spend, you can conclude the test early: one click reverts every campaign to its original targeting, and the remaining test budget goes back to work where it earns.
That changes the economics of testing. The worst case for a poor performer isn't "a full test's budget spent to learn it doesn't work" — it's a shorter, cheaper test that told you the same thing sooner.
For promising tests, the guidance is the opposite: let them run their designed length. The full window is what delivers the tightest confidence range — and the strongest case when you scale the channel afterward.
